This way, you will get the finest adjustment money can buy with all the slop removed. Using the file to fit the yoke with the fine thread larger adjuster, you will be able to dial in exactly what you want easily. Both wedges are designed to fit Stanleys and can probably fit in most other brands, though we have not been able to test all of them. This wedge will allow you to plane with a higher angle and still use your chipbreaker without having to buy a whole new frog. The installation is fairly simple and can be done in a few minutes. We also include a set of longer screws as every casting is a bit different. and a second set to connect the frog to the wedge. This will give you options so you can choose between easier pushing of the lower angle and the controlled cut of the higher angle.
