Wood By Wright Return & Refund Policy

At Wood By Wright, we stand behind the quality of our tools, plans, and educational materials. Whether you've purchased a hand-made tool or kit or a set of digital plans, our goal is your complete satisfaction. This policy is designed to be fair, clear, and straightforward. 1. Physical Goods

 

This section applies to all tangible items sold through Wood By Wright, such as hand tools, apparel, jigs, and accessories.

 

1.1. Return Window

 

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a physical item.

 

1.2. Eligibility for Return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards and clearance items are also considered final sale.

 

1.3. Return Process

 

  1. Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original box or a suitable alternative. Please include the RMA number inside the package.

  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

1.4. Refunds for Physical Goods

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

1.5. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.


 

2. Digital Goods

 

This section applies to all downloadable or streamable products, such as project plans (PDFs), e-books, and video courses.

 

2.1. General Policy

 

Due to the instant access and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable.

Once you have downloaded or accessed a digital file, we cannot retrieve it or prevent its use. We encourage you to review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

 

2.2. Exceptions & Support

 

We are committed to helping you succeed with our plans and courses. We will gladly address issues on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate purchase.

  • Corrupt or Inaccessible File: If you are unable to download or open your file, please contact our support team at [email protected] first. We will do our best to help you resolve the technical issue or provide you with a new, functioning copy of the file.

  • Incorrect Product Description: In the rare event that a digital product was grossly misrepresented in its description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss a potential resolution, which may include a store credit or refund at our discretion.

To request an exception, please email us with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
