  • Physical Goods: Our tools are often handcrafted. As such, slight variations in color, grain, and finish are natural and should be expected. These characteristics are not defects but part of the unique nature of the item. We have made every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible.

  • Digital Goods: Our Digital Goods are provided in common formats (e.g., PDF, MP4). You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software to view and use these files. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Goods for personal, non-commercial use only.

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Wood By Wright and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • License for Digital Goods: Your purchase of a Digital Good constitutes a license for personal use, not a transfer of ownership. You may not distribute, share, resell, or modify our Digital Goods for commercial purposes. For example, you are welcome to build a project from our plans and sell that finished project, but you may not sell or share the plans themselves.

 

4. Accounts

 

You may be required to create an account to access certain features, such as your order history or digital downloads. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on processing times, shipping methods, costs, and international shipping. Risk of loss and title for Physical Goods pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Our policies for returns and refunds are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy. As a reminder, all sales of Digital Goods are final and non-refundable due to their nature.

You agree to use our tools and follow our plans at your own risk, with all necessary safety precautions.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the product(s) in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wood By Wright and its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
