REED Bronze Plane Adjustment Heads

REED Plane Adjustment Hammer heads are made from Cast Bronze. They still have the casting texture and can be used as is or polished to a sheen.

The adjustment hammers come in 3 sizes.

The small London pattern head is about 3 13/16" long and 13/16" wide and weighs from 5.75 oz to 6.2 oz.

The large London pattern head is about 4 3/8" long, 1 1/16: wide, and weighs from 11.5 oz to 13.2 oz. This one also has reses in the face to accept a wooden face of the user’s choice.

The 8 sided Japanese style hammer head is about 3 5/16" long, 1 1/16" wide, and weighs from 11.5 oz to 12.5 oz

A bit about REED Planes:

Reed Planes was developed from my frustrations with using Stanley planes and old, tired Norris planes. My goal was to create a hand plane that would solve the shortcomings of these planes as well as a way for them to be adjustable due to wear over time. I have adapted many of my improvements for replacement parts that can easily modify a Stanley hand plane.
